Nick Quincey

Nicholas W. Quincey began his legal career as a Deputy District Attorney, after having served in roles with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office (Major Crimes Unit and Victim Impact Program) and the United States Attorney’s Office while in law school. As a prosecutor, he was a member of a trial team that prosecuted a wide variety of cases including attempted murder, robbery, domestic and elder abuse, cocaine trafficking and white-collar crimes. It was a combination of these experiences that honed his trial attorney and litigation skills, from which he now directs his California insurance bad faith litigation law practice.
